Shipping Process:
1. Order Confirmation. Once your order has been placed and your payment has been confirmed you will be sent an email to confirm your order.
2. Order Completed. Once the order has been confirmed and sent to our Logisitcs warehouse you will cc'd on the email requesting the shipment to be released. Free pick up is available from our LA ( Compton ) or SC ( Ladson, Charleston ) Warehouses.
3. Shipped. In the USA for boards we use 4 main carriers East Coast - South Eastern Freight Lines, West Coast - Daylight Transport, Hawaii - Seawide Express, Smaller boards and accessories - Fedex. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Shipping usually occurs within 24hr of placing your order ( business days only ) and takes between 2-7 business days for delivery. South Eastern Freight Lines, Daylight Transport and Seawide Express will call you to make an appointment for delivery.
4. Do not accept the shipment if there is any signs of damage to the box. Please inspect the box and goods on arrival and only sign for the goods if you are satisfied they are in good condition. GSI can not accept any responsibility for damage in transit if you have signed for the goods or given the carrier authority to leave the goods.
